Andy was a fantastic driver and took great care to make sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. He even asked beforehand whether we needed a child seat and provided one at no extra cost. When we stopped for a restroom break, he made sure to choose a clean and comfortable place for us.
The car was new, spacious, very comfortable for the long drive, and had great air conditioning. Andy's English is excellent, and along the way we enjoyed talking with him and learning a little about the areas we were driving through and Panamanian culture.
What stood out most was how personal the whole experience felt – it was more like being driven by a friend than using a shuttle service.
